Geeks shortlisted for AI Innovation of the Year at the UK IT Industry Awards 2026

We're proud to share that Geeks Ltd has been shortlisted for AI Innovation of the Year in the Small to Medium Organisations category at the UK IT Industry Awards 2026, one of the most respected benchmarks in British tech. The nomination recognises VisualSpec AI, the new AI layer built on VisualSpec, our tool for turning fuzzy requirements into precision wireframes before a single line of code gets written.

AI coding tools can generate software fast, but they don't have the architectural context to know whether it'll still work in three years. VisualSpec AI closes that gap. Our senior analysts capture that context, through in-depth stakeholder sessions, and AI takes it from there: turning wireframes into implementation tasks, syncing them into our delivery processes, and handing developers a build-ready plan in their tech stack. The UK IT Industry Awards are now in their 16th year, run by Computing in association with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. This year's shortlist spans the Bank of England, HMRC and Lloyds Banking Group, so we're in good company.

Winners will be revealed on Wednesday 11 November at Evolution London, Battersea Park. Geeks previously won this category in 2024 with DiGence®, and we’re hoping VisualSpec AI can continue that track record and make it two for two!
