247 Time provides a workforce and vendor management solution that offers cost savings, risk reduction, improved quality and complete transparency for its users. They offer a complete staffing and sub‐contractor solution for both public sector bodies (such as Councils, NHS Trusts and educational authorities) as well as private companies who have multiple sites, agency suppliers and temporary workers.

The challenge
247 Time approached Geeks to develop and support their new platform, to bring together all the components required to manage a workforce, regardless of the size of business or numbers of workers involved.
The vision was to provide around‐the-clock services to some of the UK's top 500 companies, by assisting in the management of their temporary workforce. It was to be completely open book and easy to learn and adopt by participating businesses.
The solution
Working closely with 247 Time's experts, our team at Geeks was able to design and develop the product as an intuitive application, with a full range of functionality geared towards the specific needs of 247 Time and their clients.
The system manages and monitors agencies and subcontractors, managing all legislation and compliance, including Agency Workers Regulations, Agency Worker Pension rules, Holiday Pay, skill sets, and qualifications.
It also safeguards their clients' businesses against all payroll or umbrella companies and self‐employed schemes, giving their clients peace of mind and keeping their businesses tax-compliant.
The product is fully flexible and configurable and can be customised to suit their client's specific needs, in each case to maximise productivity and to ensure that each public sector body has an application that is tailored to their needs.
